The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us at info@primecaseszone.com within 14 days of receipt.
We’ll evaluate the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund. In such cases, we may cover the return shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

🔁 Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to return your product and place a new order after your return is accepted.
